Payments & refunds
Free builder and Lifetime Pro
The character builder and brief downloads are free. Lifetime Pro is an optional account upgrade: USD 3 once, no subscription, for unlimited parties with up to five players each. Availability is shown in your account. Future AI generation is sold separately.
Payment and delivery
Sign in with Google before purchasing. When enabled, payments take place on Stripe-hosted Checkout; we do not receive or store full card details. Check the amount and currency before paying. Pro activates for the signed-in account after confirmed payment, not simply after returning from Checkout. Lifetime means the operating lifetime of this service.
Refunds and payment problems
For a refund request, duplicate charge, or missing access, contact support with your payment receipt or transaction reference. Never send card numbers or security codes. Refund requests are reviewed by support; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A full refund removes Pro. Disputed payments may suspend Pro pending resolution. Existing parties and character data are retained; free limits apply to new parties and player additions.
